And our property management services focusing on removing the hassles associated with renting and managing rentals, and protecting our clients’ real estate investments.
Communication and timing are key factors. That is why we remain available 24/7, willing and ready to write, review, and revise offers and counter offers as needed.
In addition, we work with a team of experts—lenders, inspectors, title companies, handymen and women, and more—whose work we know and can recommend without reservation. We do not accept fees for referring any of these individuals to home buyers, sellers, or property owners whose rentals we manage, and won’t refer anyone that we would not use ourselves.

Angela Logomasini is a Realtor® with Samson Properties, licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
Angela has always put her client’s needs first and foremost, offering premium real estate services for a reasonable price. A Top Producer with the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORs, Angela has been selling real estate since 2011 and has resided in D.C. metro area for 30 years. She currently resides in Alexandria, VA. She holds Ph.D. in politics, is a writer, and a real estate investor. Angela is also a wine educator certified by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. In addition to her passion for real estate, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their three rescue dogs, wine appreciation, gardening for wildlife that includes raising Monarch and other butterflies, bird watching, and art appreciation.

A resident of the D.C. area more than 30 years, Chris combines his passion for the business of buying and selling homes with his extensive background in marketing, writing and editing. He also has written extensively on commercial construction and project delivery methods.
